Material properties of door mats
1. Cotton: natural fiber, no irritation in contact with the skin, beneficial and harmless to the human body, good hygroscopicity, breathable, but easy to wrinkle.
2. Polyester-cotton blend (polyester-viscose blend): not easy to wrinkle, good finish, good tear strength, but easy to pilling, easy to generate static electricity.
3. Viscose fiber (rayon): excellent hygroscopicity, breathable, good drape, low cost, but large shrinkage, poor wet processing strength, easy to wrinkle.
4. Polyester: poor hygroscopicity, poor air permeability, pilling, serious static electricity, good shape retention, high tear strength, wear resistance, good gloss, and smooth surface.
5. PC foamed plastic: poor hygroscopicity, poor air permeability, easy to generate static electricity, good shape retention, and low tearing strength.
